Cloudflare ssl is so slow on my website

    hello, cloudflare's SSL is so slow for me.
    recently I got an error "error spdy ping failed" but I think is client side? just once have no idea
    slow? I mean it takes 10 seconds or more.
    but some times its load instantly.
    also, this happening only for Iranian users.
    when I switch to V.P.N the website loads normally.
    I heard this is happing for censorship and filtering of the Iranian government.
    this makes me so mad, I love cloudflare. I hope there is any way to fix it

    that sounds like someone or some software is man in middling your connections i.e. vpn, proxy or antivirus software is sitting between you and the web site you're trying to visit and it doesn't support older or weaker ssl ciphers and/or ssl protocols. What is Cloudflare minimum ssl protocol you have set ? On this forum minimum is TLS 1.2 with TLS 1.3 enabled.

    it was 1.0, now I set it at 1.2!
    but still, I have the same problem

    also, my TLS 1.3 is enabled!

    not sure, because I don't have any antivirus or proxy or VPN on my pc.

    and it's not about me, I created a thread in Persian webhostingtalk and many people have problem with Cloudflare SSL.

    but somehow u managed to bypass this, but my website is super slow on Cloudflare's SSL takes 10 seconds up to a minute.

    and some times website loads instantly or sometimes loads website but resources take time to load I mean static content.

    I created so many threads on so many forums even Cloudflare but ended up with nothing.
    its like pain in the a.. for me I love Cloudflare!

    I'd contact Cloudflare tech support. Are you using free or pro Cloudflare plans ? free use ECDSA 256bit SSL certificates only so maybe your client/visitors using older clients that do not support ECDSA 256bit SSL certificate and ssl ciphers ? Pro and paid plans get dual SSL certificates for ECDSA 256bit + RSA 2048bit SSL certificate and ssl ciphers so has wider compatibility with older clients that support RSA 2048bit but do not support ECDSA 256bit.
