    update cminfo command top stats routine in 123.09beta01

    - only run mysqlreport in cminfo top command output if mysql server is detected to be running Upgrade - Nginx - Insight Guide - cminfo command explained
    - add optional percona toolkit summary output when PT_SUMMARY_REPORT='y' is set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc - still testing this hence disabled by default for now
