add centmin-cli.sh command line in 123.09beta01

- add centmin.cli.sh in ./usr/local/src/centminmod directory allows you to run attended command line for nginx, php and multi-compression updates/recompiles. For nginx and php, you pass the version number on the command line. Still in early testing
