    update initial install PHP routines in 123.09beta01

    - update installers for PHP 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 for fallback versions if latest isn't detected
    - update centmin.sh and inc/php_configure.inc initial install detection routines for PHP 7.4 default installs to ensure proper ZIP & GD PHP extension installation
