    I am so sorry, busy with projects recently.

    FYI, I think Singapore location (dediserve) has KVM since few days ago

    I think no need for separate css. Not sure if this will be to your liking but maybe you can try adding this
    Code:
    p a:hover, li a:hover, .list-group a:hover {
        text-decoration: underline;
    }

    I'm not sure about my tests amount to anything but with webpagetest.org and gtmetrix on several locations, for dediserve 2 core (KVM) in SG performed similarly (i.e. I can't see any difference at all in page load times for identical sites) with Linode $10/month plan.

    When there is an option to upgrade and there is no 50% off DediServe plans Linode would probably be the better choice. With the 50% off though, I currently get 250mbps vs Linode's 150 and extra 1GB ram (not to mention convenience of snapshots for no charge) for about the same price/month.

    But that plan has only 1 CPU core.
    Try to use even just 2 CPU core on Linode.

    Currently on that VPS there's only 1 site on it with some ~100 views a day. There's no motivation to go for the $20/month for now; hence why I mentioned about Linode probably being the better choice when upgrade. Also the 250mbps limit on dediserve is a little harsh as you progress (when compared to linode plans which has progressively higher speeds)
