Install Delta RPMs disabled because /usr/bin/applydeltarpm not installed.

    Delta RPMs disabled because /usr/bin/applydeltarpm not installed.
    Getting this and it paused there for a good minute or two before continuing. Not sure if issue or not.

    new install ? .07 stable or .08 beta ? with CentOS 6 or 7 ? VPS ? minimal ISO install ?

    some info at [CentOS-devel] Delta RPMs disabled by default? related to minimal OS installs i think ?

    what does the yum command output below?
