Curious why 'applydeltarpms' isn't a part of centminmod?

    Got a Ramnode VPS running their CentOS 7 minimal install.

    Whenever I update stuff via yum, I get the message:
    Delta RPMs disabled because /usr/bin/applydeltarpm not installed.

    I searched, but found no mention of it. Is this something that centminmod should install? Or is it something the admin should handle themselves? I vote the former, as I'm guessing it's a one liner to add to centminmod. :)

    Cool. And yea, I suspect it's because it's a minimal install.
