Though any Intel Xeon E3/E5 based processor released in last 3-5yrs has a lot of power to it when properly configured considering I had vBulletin clients handling 500,000 unique ip visitors/day back in 2009 on ancient Intel Xeon X3450 processors based servers Intel® Xeon® Processor X3450 (8M Cache, 2.66 GHz) Specifications ! and Intel Xeon E3-1240v5 or E3-1270v5 is at least 2.5x to 3x times faster than Intel Xeon X3450 !

Memory price rises might accelerate too as all web hosts and ram using folks scramble to buy up inventory too !
