Cons and pros of using CentOS plus kernel?

    well the CentOS Plus kernel is for providing test patches or features which the standard kernel doesn't have see
    Unless you need specific packages, probably best to stick with the standard CentOS kernel as I am not really testing Centmin Mod specifically for CentOS Plus kernels.

    If you do this, might want to follow the guide to set the priorities to 2 for the CentOS plus repository as Centmin Mod follows the yum priorities method of protecting base repositories.

    In fact it's already set by Centmin Mod :D
