   There has been a discussion going on for some time that TCP Fast Open in limited measures is beneficial and mostly even negative.
   
   

   It would be nice if this feature was not on by default as it is now, but could be optionally regulated with a custom parameter. Just like BBR.
   
   So that the user can make his own choice.
