I'm running my setup on a Linode CentOS 6.9 server. I see CentOS has 7.X out now..

To stay current, should I just stand up a new server and migrate the sites, or just not worry about the 7.x series and keep updated via YUM?

Ideally yes if you have at least 1-2GB system memory, you should be on CentOS 7 for better performance and updates (CentOS 6/RHEL 6 is starting to get neglected compare to RHEL7/CentOS 7 with some security update YUM packages in 6.x marking as will not fix for what they deem as not important while 7.x gets the update).

Thank you! Sounds like I need to plan a migration soon.
