    Cloudflare blog has outlined their new Gen X servers powered by AMD EPYC 7642 zen2 Rome based cpus which have 48 physical cpu cores + 48 virtual cpu cores to total 96 cpu threads Cloudflare’s Gen X: Servers for an Accelerated Future :cool:

    with subsequent blog posts to come outlining the performance of their AMD EPYC 7642 Gen X servers
    Phoronix folks also benchmarked AMD EPYC 7642 recently too AMD EPYC 7642 Benchmarks: The Rome 48 Core CPU That Easily Takes On Intel's Xeon Platinum 8280 Review - Phoronix :)
