CDN Cloudflare Cloudflare HTTP 522 Status Errors might not be your fault !

    Interesting Cloudflare blog article posted which might reveal that not all HTTP 522 status timeout errors are the fault of the customers' origin servers This is strictly a violation of the TCP specification !

    Very interesting.
    How do we diagnose if the problem arises? ( I've destroyed my VM with such symptoms // even after changing to proper ips)

    think that specific bug/problem is at Cloudflare's end so probably need them to look at it

    Either free and decent or cheap + decent?

    recommend for what ? cdn ? waf/security ? dns ?

    cloudflare is probably best in terms of cdn and geo location edge servers

    cdn = keycdn

    And did you experienced use them both ? Keycdn for cdn and security, waf for cloudflare ?

    This is one reason I don't feel comfortable using CloudFlare. My visitors kept telling me they were getting these errors, and there was nothing I could do to help or stop them. I knew there was never a problem with my origin server.

    well hopefully ironing out this bug, cloudflare is much better performing now :)
