Silly newbie qustion: can't decide which version to install.

Hi, i'm new to centminmod, I need some help in deciding which version to install on my new server. From the readings, there is not much differences between stable and the beta version, except beta has a lot more features, most of which I have never heard before.

Here are some basic information:
1. server is 1GB Linode.
2. The website is a WordPress website with only image content.
3. I plan to user Rocket Loader, instead of Super Cache.
4. I will be using image optimize plugins.
5. I plan to use cloudflare and free SSL from let's encrypt

Based on the above, can anyone tell me if I should install the stable or the beta version. An explanation will be greatly appreciated.
