- for centmin.sh menu option 22 updates below:
- re-add autoptimize wordpress plugin and activate by default if cache-enabler is selected as wp caching method
- auto configure autoptimize out of the box
- when cache-enabler plugin is selected, auto configure cache-enabler
- remove optimus wp plugin from default auto installed wordpress
- means for 90% of cases, cache-enabler + autoptimize and auto configured for users needs
