Beta Branch update tools/csfcf.sh in 123.09beta01

update tools/csfcf.sh in 123.09beta01

Add additional flag support for ipv4-only, ipv6-only, apache, haproxy. Apache and haproxy only has output if apache or haproxy is detected as installed otherwise returns blank.
