centmin.sh easy delete v-host & ftp etc

    Option in centmin.sh, to delete vhost and assosicated files, vhost, ssl certificates would be totally awesome.

    Currently, only way would be saving the bash commands to a text file which is a little annoying to do.. well, i never do it :)

    Yeah - for that wish.. I do understand why @eva2000 hesitate a little about that.. But what if some kind of - are you sure, really sure - etc options was in place or something like - the user/owner have to write - DELETE or YES - something like that to actually get the scripts to delete stuff those specific vhosts..

    well it's planned for in the far future to extend the nginx vhost management menus ;)

    Just for now have to do the above
