Sysadmin Nginx brotli module on Intel Skylake

I installed centminmod beta in a vps upcloud but brotli was not activated automatically, as I see here
Beta Branch - enable nginx brotli module on Intel Skylake & newer cpus in 123.09beta01

The vps has a skylake processor Xeon (R) Gold 6136
