    Latest Centmin Mod 123.09beta01's Nginx 1.15.3+ now supports TLS v1.3 with two cryptographic libraries that can be built with Centmin Mod Nginx, instructions here BoringSSL and OpenSSL 1.1.1.

    FYI, Chrome 70 stable release is out so TLS 1.3 rfc final version is supported so either Nginx + OpenSSL 1.1.1 TLS 1.3 or Nginx + BoringSSL TLS 1.3 outlined above will work in Chrome 70 browser and report TLS 1.3 protocol usage :D

    Next week Firefox 63 also will be released to support TLS 1.3 rfc final protocol version :)
