update nginx.conf in 123.09beta01

- raise worker_connections defaults from 50000 to 80000
- raise keepalive_requests defaults from 500 to 1000
- updating 123.09beta01 via cmupdate command and re-running centmin.sh menu once and then exit centmin.sh menu will automatically update existing Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 installs but only if existing defaults are detected. If you changed the default values, then Centmin Mod will NOT auto update the new defaults and keep your existing custom values instead
