This may happen when they release a package update but it's dependencies lag behind on release timeline, so usually just wait until dependency packages are released too. The update being from CRB, suggests this is the case as that repo AFAIK is for release of next major minor OS version updates i.e. AlmaLinux 9.9 coming soon
