Wordpress cant login with the admin credentials, fresh install

I login with my admin (/wp-admin) details (tried both username, email) and password (reinstalled several times, and tried all password and username generating options) but i cant enter into the admin panel. it just dont accept my login credentials, i just get up the login window again without any error message or anything.

Wp installed with option 22 in the menu.

What do i start with to find the error? Please point me in the right direction to be able to figure this out if possible =)

I get the maintenance page in the background of the credentials box sometimes after i tried to log in...

 

Ok so i think i pinpointed the problem to a redirect error for my http/https and clodflare settings, im going to test this more tomorrow.
