Xenforo Best overall centminmod config for xenforo

Hey guys, I just managed to set up centminmod and get xenforo running.
However i'm not sure what the best config of everything is (caches and all that).
Also not sure if I need the pagespeed thing as we do not use attachments and such, the only images we have on the forum are style based and avatars, everything else is linked offsite.

Does any of that need more backend configuring rather than just adding those lines to the config file?
