   Hi! I just created a Letsencrypt certificate and wanted to activate it. Before I had self generated and cloudflare Full SSL. But how do I change to Letsencrypt now? ( My lockpad currently says Comodo CA Limited)

   if you created letsencrypt ssl cert from centmin migration guide Migrating Existing Nginx Vhost From HTTP to HTTP/2 based HTTPS With Letsencrypt SSL Certificates then it's already activated on centmin mod nginx side.. just on cloudflare front end you see cf ssl cert which is normal and cloudflare talks to your centmin mod nginx https letsencrypt domain when you set cloudflare ssl to full ssl mode
