Security Bad Bots Script....

    Is there an updated tutorial to install the bad bot script?
    I have tried to install this multiple times on a fresh centmin install and it continually spits back errors.

    Yeah I haven't looked at that script in years as you can do all that and much more with just Cloudflare Pro plan and above and Cloudflare WAF/Firewall rules.

    At 20.00/mo per website, I just dont find it cost effective.

    The free plan works very well - has JS challenges, country blocks and various other things all for free....

    Yeah.. I have used their free plan for 10+ years. The bad bot script worked even better and is free of charge.
    It used to work flawlessly not long ago, but on a fresh install of centminmod it wont install properly.

    Ask the script author ? Or perhaps @EckyBrazzz can shed some light on it ?

    Indeed that will add up
    How are you installing the script. I'm sure Centmin Mod's Nginx layout would be different so won't work out of the box I suspect. If it worked in the past and not now, you'd have to troubleshoot it yourself. Seems they have manual instructions at https://github.com/mitchellkrogza/nginx-ultimate-bad-bot-blocker/blob/master/MANUAL-CONFIGURATION.md

    Just their assumed Nginx paths differ i.e. /etc/nginx/conf.d on Nginx would be this /usr/local/nginx/conf and /etc/nginx would be /usr/local/nginx on Centmin Mod
