    backported security fixes from PHP 7.1.29 to EOL PHP 5.6/7.0 in 123.09beta01

    For fixed bug #77950 Heap-buffer-overflow in _estrndup via exif_process_IFD_TAG - CVE-2019-11036 PHP :: Sec Bug #77950 :: Heap-buffer-overflow in _estrndup via exif_process_IFD_TAG. Backported the fix from new PHP 7.1.29 and 7.3.5 releases (today) to EOL PHP 5.6.40 and PHP 7.0.33 versions
