    backport PHP security patches to PHP 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 EOL in 124.00stable

    - backport PHP security patches from PHP 8.0.28, 8.1.16, 8.2.3 to EOL PHP 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4 versions for security fixes for CVE-2023-0567, CVE-2023-0568, and CVE-2023-0662. See http://bugs.php.net/81744 and http://bugs.php.net/81746 and https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-0662
    - existing 124.00stable users can run cmupdate to pull this update to their servers and then run centmin.sh menu option to recompile their existing PHP 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4 version or update to 8.0.28+ or 8.1.16+
    - 124.00stable doesn't support PHP 8.2, so need to switch to Centmin Mod 130.00beta01 for PHP 8.2 support
