    add Redis server security updates for CentOS 7 EOL OSes in 140.00beta01

    - Redis server security update version, 7.2.11 install for CVE-2025-49844 on CentOS 7 EOL operating systems. Details at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/29537/
    - For Centmin Mod existing users on CentOS 7, run cmupdate to get the latest updates and then run and exit centmin.sh menu once to get auto updated for Redis 7.2.11
