    bug fix patch PHP 8.2.26+ gmp overflow & update libgd in 131.00stable

    - bug fix patch for PHP 8.2.26, 8.3.14, 8.4.1 gmp overflow exception bug
    - update libgd 2.3.3 routine
    - existing Centmin Mod users can run cmupdate to pull bug fix patch and re-run centmin.sh menu option 5 to recompile these specific PHP versions
