    I checked it. No its not blacklisted.

    My cloudflare panel has these records :

    * 3 A records ( www , @ , server1.mydomain.com ) points to the same IP.

    * 4 TXT records :
    - Google SPF and DKIM : "v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all" and my DKIM generated from the Google admin console.
    - Server SPF and DKIM that was generated by the addon at centminmod logs.

    * 5 MX records of google.

    **
    mail-tester.com score is 7/10.

    Result:

    @gmail is not receiving.
    @yahoo is receiving in the inbox.
    @hotmail is not receiving.
    @mydomain.com is receiving in the inbox.

    @eva2000 also should I add SMTP on xenforo admin panel ??

    Thanks

    If you send e-mails through ZOHO than yes.
    I deliver all my emails through AmazonSES so in xenforo ACP (/admin.php?options/list/emailOptions) add ZOHO data for that

    looks good if you verified those dns records via online testing tools onlined in Email - Steps to ensure your site/server email doesn't end up in spam inboxes

    but yes for xenforo email I just use 3rd party smtp transactional providers. I use Amazon SES. some folks use sendgrid or other 3rd party smtp discussed at Email - Mandrill users will be required to have a paid monthly MailChimp account. This ensures highest rates of email deliverability to your site/forum's users.

    Now, I'm trying with ZOHO and I will back to you with updates :)

    the username and password of ZOHO at SMTP should be my zoho email username and pass? correct

    I solved it with ZOHO and it's worked with all mail inboxes. It should be run with SMTP. when I tried google, it send this message "review blocked sign-in attempt" and blocked my IP.

    Thanks @eva2000 and @Sunka

    just be aware normal email providers have different daily and even hourly email sending limits that are quite low so if you send alot of forum emails via smtp, you may be over the limit and get blocked etc. That's why transactional smtp providers like Amazon SES, Sendgrid, Mandrill, Mailgun etc etc exist for large volume smtp based email sending for forums etc.

    follow test checks outlined at Email - Steps to ensure your site/server email doesn't end up in spam inboxes

    Now, I'm receiving server mails and I got it at my spam folder but it takes time till I get it. I don't know why. At my second server, I got it at the same time for example when I log in root user, I got mail notification.

    both servers with same web host in same geographic location ? if not there can be differences in delivery times. You can check email messages source headers for the and copy the headers into a email header analyzer at Email Header Analyzer, RFC822 Parser - MxToolbox

    also Email Deliverability Tool - Check Your Deliverability Report - MxToolBox - updated bottom of 1st post at Email - Steps to ensure your site/server email doesn't end up in spam inboxes with instructions for using this tool to test server sent emails.

    I had a similar issue and was because I didn't configure reverse in OVH control panel. Emails were being sent by 3rd party providers but the server IP was pointing to random reverse and wasn't associated to any hostname

    Contact Zoho could be ran over their mail delivery limits for hourly/daily emails

    I made the request today but the limits of it was 200 and I didn't use anyone of the 200 msgs. Anyway I'm waiting their answer because I liked AWS workmail too much.

    Hi
    Now, I got score 7/10 because of this MX notification. How can I add another MX rather than amzone one ?

    and when I tested the xenforo. It refused to send mail and I got this error at XF server log :
    Thanks

    subdomains like server1.mydomain.cin DO NOT need MX records ! ignore the suggestion

    your AWS IAM user/secret details are incorrect. If 100% sure they are correct, try re-creating a new AWS IAM user/secret and assigning AWS SES permissions again.
