    auto disable lua nginx module if LibreSSL or AWS-LC crypto libraries used in 140.00beta01

    - lua nginx modules seem to only support OpenSSL 1.1.1/3.0 and BoringSSL and do not support Nginx built with optional LibreSSL or AWS-LC, so auto disable lua nginx modules if LIBRESSL_SWITCH='y' or AWS_LC_SWITCH='y' are enabled for now. In future if lua nginx modules support LibreSSL and AWS-LC, will re-enable support
