auto compress nginx & php upgrade logs older than 90 days

- nginx and php upgrade logs saved in /root/centminlogs will now be auto gzip compressed at end of centmin.sh menu option 4 or 5 runs if they're older than 90 days. This will reduce disk space consumption in /root/centminlogs while still preserving the logs for troubleshooting etc purposes. Typical nginx upgrade log uncompressed at 3MB will compress to around 130KB.
