iwstack Anyone tried Prometeus or their other brands?

I think I lost count on how many times I've read that a particular host is good and then when I try them they turned out to be a fluke. They only got good reviews because the provider was kind, considerate, provided bonuses, quick ticket response times, etc.

But a good provider for me has minimal or no slowdowns and downtime. That's it.

So is Prometeus/XenPower/iwstack/IPerweb as good as their clients say?

Please share your experience with them uptime-wise. Preferably a VPS that is constantly monitored by something like Pingdom every minute.
