OVH Does CMM configure and limit network speed based on detected upload/download speed during install?

    Last week I purchase a new Server with this network plan:
    Unlimited traffic @ 100Mbps

    Now I change network plan to:
    10TB traffic @ 250 Mbps

    But still Speed Test shows I'm still capped at 100 Mbps.
    I even rebooted the server, still the same.

    Generally Centmin Mod doesn't specifically touch upload speed. So something to contact OVH about :)

    Oh how you doing speed tests ? tried a different test site ?

    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+/12.3+
    with speedtest-cli check the server id and distance from several server ids as could be the issue with the particular connection
