VPS Provider who has data center in China

    Hi,
    does anyone know any vps provider who has data center in China? One of my client is from china and as per their Govt. rules, the site must be hosted inside a cinese data center. I've already checked linode, digital oceans, vulter - none has DC in china.

    So, looking for a good recommendation.

    Can't think of any myself. Probably be risky operating a VPN biz in China !

    @eva2000 It's not a VPN business. It's just a normal website that sells stuffs online like qany other site. But it is a China local site. So, to do business in china, your site must be hosted inside china only. Otherwise you can't do business even Biadu (china's google) will not index your site higher either.

    That is why I need a VPS which is located inside China.

    I mean it would be hard to find a VPN provider that operates in China locally :)

    @eva2000 True. So, without a VPN, we can't find a VPS provider?

    Sorry, I'm not getting you why you are stressing on VPN

    oh sorry i thought VPS = VPN - don't know why that was on my mind lol

    It's alright. I wasn't sure where to post as I was asking for recommendations. I saw your post on hostus.us and also saw that they have DC in Hong Kong China, but wasn't use how good they are. I mean like whre ther they use Pure SSD or everywhere or just do SSD cache, also if they use DDR4 ram or DDR3.

    Anyways I'm open to sugesstion. :)

    Their cloud servers are like Amazon EC2 https://intl.aliyun.com/product/ecs so if they have CentOS ISO image then should be able to use Centmin Mod though haven't tried myself.

    HostUS only tried London, Washington DC and Dallas and very new to me but so far so good :)

    Too new, i only been using HostUS.us for a few days but reviews have been good for folks. So worth checking out.

    OK. Thanks for honest feedback. Also they don't have any chat option. Anyways do you know if hostus.us provide Pure SSD everywhere or ssd cache only?

    Also what kind of ram do they use DDR 3 or DDR4?

    might want to ask them for specifics as each region seems to have different processors so maybe different hardware too

    I can read Chinese so I can tell you: Alibaba is the fastest web hosting you can find in china. no problem for it. There are others but they don't really do have a English platform.

    Can ask him some recommendations if you still want .
