relatively fast custom Intel E5-2676v3 but both network and disk I/O speeds are indeed very low Looks like network cap ~250Mbit/s ? Definitely not comparable to Linode, DigitalOcean or Vultr right now.
Looks more like they artificially capped disk i/o. Well I hope that is the case, so they can turn it up later on
