For reliable mass email sending via 3rd party SMTP transactional email services you should look at Amazon AWS SES. All my forums and sites including this very forum use Amazon AWS SES SMTP for transactional bulk email sending. When you get forum email alerts and notifications for this forum, they are set via Amazon AWS SES 3rd party SMTP servers for high rate of reliable deliverability and keeps my own server's IP free of email spam blacklisting etc. Of course there is a cost, AWS SES pricing $0.10 per 1,000 emails Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) – Pricing.

Ideally, you can do Amazon AWS SES sandbox email testing at no cost at first until you request removal from SES sandbox mode.

You will be on your own setting up Amazon AWS SES but google-fu is awseome. Search for "amazon ses how to" and "amazon ses tutorial" ;)

    Official Amazon AWS SES Documentation

Official Amazon SES docs are all you actually need though.

Had a paying client ask me to switch their outbound emails to using Amazon SES smtp servers and I setup bounce and complaint notification alarms outlined above. Then I set up a AWS Cloudwatch dashboard for SES reputation monitoring :D

Looks like shared Amazon AWS Cloudwatch Dashboards also get a dark mode
