sudo password required on non-root user login

• CentOS Version: AlmaLinux 9
• Centmin Mod Version Installed: 132.00stable

I installed centmin on new AL9 and only then added my nontroot user, because I wanted to disable direct root login (in sshd)
when logging in as nonroot I get asked for sudo password. I had similar issue in th epast on one of the servers. Other servers let me login without motd and the sudo manually.
Could it be it's because I created nonroot user after centmin was installed ?
any way to remove that motd script from my nonroot user ?
