update staticfiles.conf default expire time for fonts in 123.09beta01

Change default cache expires time for web fonts from 30 days to 365 days for new 123.09beta01 installs only and not for existing installs as it may overwrite custom settings users already set. Existing installs will need to change it manually in /usr/local/nginx/conf/staticfiles.conf include file.
