Email After centmin mod install & wordpress, email solutions?

I have centminmod and wordpress installed, however I'm using an addon on wordpress that sends emails for email verification when users register on my website and etc.

And even for sending newsletter to users registered on my website that is based on wordpress to send latest content posts.

I was looking at zoho mail but quoting @eva2000

It looks like I can't make wordpress send email via zoho anymore, or was this even the case in the past?

What are my best options here? I've also read Email - Steps to ensure your site/server email doesn't end up in spam inboxes
but couldn't grasp it well.

do you recommend https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
to configure Wordpress to use smtp or is there an inbuilt function for this in Wordpress according to your knowledge
