    only allow PHP_HUGEPAGES='y' with more than 1.88GB free memory in 123.09beta01

    - only allow PHP_HUGEPAGES='y' to enable Zend Opcache explicit huge pages support via persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc setup when there is more than 1.88GB free memory detected on CentOS 7 systems when PHP 7+ is used
