    fix PHP GD AVIF support with external libgd on EL9 in 140.00beta01

    On EL9, libffi.pc reports -L/usr/lib64/../lib64. With --with-ffi, PHP's
    configure adds that path ahead of the external libgd path, so its
    gdImageCreateFromAvif run test links the system gd-devel libgd, which is
    built without AVIF. PHP then silently disables GD AVIF support even though
    both PHP and the external libgd link libavif.

    Changes:
    - set FFI_LIBS='-lffi' when pkg-config reports a libffi library path
    containing /../, so PHP's configure checks use the external libgd
