add SWITCH_PHPFPM_SYSTEMD variable in 123.09beta01

Set to SWITCH_PHPFPM_SYSTEMD='n' by default. This variable when set to SWITCH_PHPFPM_SYSTEMD='y' in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to initial Centmin Mod install, will switch PHP-FPM service from init.d/php-fpm to systemd file based for CentOS 7 servers. Existing Centmin Mod installs, could do switch manually as outlined at PHP-FPM - Beta Branch - CentOS 7.x - CentOS 7 Proper PHP-FPM systemd service file too. PHP-FPM service is setup with php statistics version outlined at PHP-FPM - Beta Branch - CentOS 7.x - CentOS 7 Proper PHP-FPM systemd service file.
