add phpmyadmin php base template in 130.00beta01

- when optional phpmyadmin.sh addon is installed it uses a copy of default /usr/local/nginx/conf/php.conf include file as it's template. But if you modify or customise that php.conf, it can introduce errors into phpmyadmin's custom php include file. So this update adds a separate copy of php.conf as /usr/local/nginx/conf/php_phpmyadmin_template.conf which is untouched and only used for phpmyadmin.sh installs to copy from for it's own php include file
