    Add perldbiexclude call for existing servers in 132.00stable

    - Add perldbiexclude call in inc/cpcheck.inc after update_ius_repo silent
    - Ensures existing servers get perl-DBD-MySQL excluded in yum on centmin.sh runs
    - Complements new installation exclusion already in place
