    add normalize_accept_encoding & fix_wordpress_accept_encoding functions in 130.00beta01

    - implement fix for centmin.sh menu option 22 Wordpress installs using Redis Nginx level caching or fastcgi_cache PHP-FPM caching to fix the cache key to use $normalized_encoding instead of $http_accept_encoding as outlined at https://community.centminmod.com/posts/98553/
    - for existing Centmin Mod users to update run, cmupdate command and run and exit centmin.sh menu once.
