    update nginx & php-fpm upgrade routines in 123.09beta01

    on centmin.sh menu option 4 & 5 for nginx & php-fpm upgrade/recompiles before inputting the version you want to use, display the current installed nginx or php-fpm versions to remind end user what their current version is
