    add optional support for Nginx Slice module in 123.09beta01

    - Disabled by default via NGINX_SLICE='n' https://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_slice_module.html
    - To enable set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc the variable NGINX_SLICE='y'. Then recompile Nginx via centmin.sh menu option 4
