    add NGINX_REALIP variable in 123.09beta01

    Defaults to NGINX_REALIP='y' and enables ngx_http_realip_module nginx module Module ngx_http_realip_module. To disable set NGINX_REALIP='n' in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc and then recompile Nginx via centmin.sh menu option 4
