    add centmin.sh install exit status check to shipped installers in 140.00beta01

    The installers ran ./centmin.sh install inside a tee'd pipeline and
    discarded its exit status, so an aborted install still printed the
    completion banner and exited 0.

    Changes:
    - installer.sh / installer74.sh / installer80.sh / installer81.sh /
    installer82.sh / installer83.sh / installer84.sh: capture the install
    exit status to a per-run rc file inside the tee'd group and test it
    after the pipeline, exiting non-zero with pointer to /root/centminlogs
    on failure
